Nigeria Police Screening Requirements 2025

All shortlisted applicants are expected to come along with the following items to the NPF screening centers:

  • Recent passport photographs

  • National Identity Number (NIN) slip

  • Original and photocopies of all credentials (arranged in two white flat files)

  • Birth certificate or age declaration

  • Certificate of origin

  • Valid ID (Voter’s Card, National ID, Driver’s License, or International Passport)

  • Completed guarantor’s form

  • Writing materials

In addition, for training and verification, candidates should bring:

  • Two (2) pairs of white shorts and round-neck vests

  • Two (2) pairs of white canvas shoes and socks

  • Sport wears

  • Two (2) bed sheets and pillowcases

  • Mosquito net, bucket, cutlery, broom, and cutlass

Note: Candidates who fail to provide the above requirements will not be allowed to participate in the screening.
